Visually and hearing impaired guests
Before you travel
For safety reasons, the passenger must inform us of this when making the booking. By notifying us in advance, we can also assist you in the best possible way on board.
If there are any special considerations we need to take into account for you, or if you require assistance in a possible emergency situation, you must inform us of this at the time of booking (if booking online, this must be communicated by contacting us here after the booking has been completed and no later than 48 hours before departure).
We aim to accommodate all guests’ individual needs as far as is practically possible and without compromising safety.
Guide dogs
Visually impaired guests may travel without an accompanying person and are allowed to bring a guide dog.
- Guide dogs can stay in most common areas on board. There is a limited number of places.
- Guide dogs are allowed in selected cabin types.
- For taking the dog for a walk, as well as more information about safety or the ship in general, contact the reception on board. We ask you to show consideration for any allergy sufferers who are also traveling.
