Travel documents
After you have completed your booking, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address, you have provided. Please check that your travel information is correct.
The travel confirmation document is attached to the email as a PDF file. If you cannot open this file, please check if the security settings in your email account allows file attachments. Your machine must also have Adobe Reader installed to open PDF files.

Bookings that are partially or fully paid by bank or online banking, will not receive a new email confirmation automatically.

If you cannot find the email confirmation in your inbox, please check the following:
- Your email address was entered correctly in the booking
- The confirmation has been put in your junk email / spam folder
- Your email account has reached its maximum limit for storage capacity
