Here you can find the terms that apply to changes and cancellations.

a) Economy

  • Can be changed subject to a change fee
  • When changing to a ticket with a higher price, the price difference must be paid in addition to the change fee
  • When changing to a ticket with a lower price, the price difference will not be refunded
  • Changes to the sailing require that the change applies to all travellers on the same booking
  • An Economy ticket cannot be changed or upgraded to FLEX
  • No refund in case of cancellation

Change fees for journeys between Norway and Denmark

  • Change of departure time for journeys between Norway and Denmark: € 56,5
  • Name change: 20,0 € per name

Change fees for journeys between Norway and Germany

  • Change of departure time for journeys between Norway and Germany: 86,1 € per name
  • Name change: 28,7 € per name

Journeys between Norway and Sweden are subject to FLEX conditions.

b) Flex

Journeys between Norway and Denmark / Norway and Germany / Norway and Sweden

  • No fee for changes up until the time of departure
  • When changing to a ticket with a higher price, the price difference must be paid
  • When changing to a ticket with a lower price, the price difference will not be refunded
  • Changes to another sailing require that the change applies to all travellers on the same booking
  • Full refund in case of change or cancellation up until departure. If you cancel or change your journey by email, the email must be sent before the departure time.

Stays at a hotel/accommodation on land cannot be changed after booking.

Changes to the accommodation, length of stay, room type/unit, or number of people in a room/unit are considered a cancellation and a new booking.

Travel including hotel accommodation

  • Changes/cancellations more than 24 hours before departure: No fee (full refund)
  • Changes/cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: Fee of 100% of the stay’s price
  • Cancellation after departure time or in case of no-show: Fee of 100% of the total travel price (no refund)

Travel including accommodation at holiday resorts/apartments/cabins

  • Changes/cancellations more than 30 days before departure: No fee (full refund)
  • Changes/cancellations 30–15 days before departure: Fee of 50% of the stay’s price
  • Changes/cancellations less than 15 days before departure: Fee of 100% of the stay’s price
  • Cancellation after departure time or in case of no-show: Fee of 100% of the total travel price (no refund)

Note: Change/cancellation fees differ from the standard rules for regular package tours. Some destinations may have their own cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Pre-booked extras (additional products) cannot be cancelled after the trip has started.
  • Unused extras are non-refundable.
  • Some extras on land (e.g., entrance tickets, etc.) may have their own deadlines for cancellation.

Note! If meals, shows, or parking are not displayed on My Page, the product is unfortunately sold out for the sailing.

Changes to departure time, number of travellers, or traveller names must be made by contacting Customer Service before departure at tel. +45 99 56 19 00. Please have your booking number ready.

Note: Changes cannot be made at check-in on the day of departure.
