Useful information about how our ships and terminals are adapted for guest with disabilities and what you need to know before you travel with us.
Before you travel
If there is special consideration that we must take into account for you, or if you need assistance inpossible emergency situation, you must state this when ordering (when ordering on the internet, this must be stated by contacting us here after the order has been completed and no later than 48 -hours before departure).
We aim to accommodate all guests’ individual needs to the extent that it is practically feasible and does not compromise safety.
All our terminals are well equipped for the disabled. Lifts and disabled toilets are available at all terminals.
Our SuperSpeed ships are well-equipped for the disabled and has easy access to all common areas.
Color Hybrid is well adapted for the disabled.
The cruise ships are well equipped for the disabled and have easy access to all common areas.
Important information for passengers on Kiel-Oslo/Oslo-Kiel
Color Magic and Color Fantasy are easily accessible and you can easily get from deck to deck with a lift. All common areas are easily accessible with a wheelchair. Most guests with reduced mobility can e.g. travel unaccompanied.
If you need supervision/care (e.g. for medication or lifting in/out of bed) during the crossing, you must have a companion with you. The ship does not have crews available for this type of assistance.

On Color Fantasy and Color Magic from Kiel to Oslo, the door width of standard cabins is 62 cm. We therefore recommend our cabins adapted for wheelchair users, here the door width is 86 cm, no door thresholds, automatic door opener and a larger bathroom. These cabins also have two beds, so that there is room for a possible companion. If you each want your own cabin, we can also arrange for you to have cabins close to each other.
For safety reasons, and to ensure an efficient disembarkation for all our guests, guests who require assistance must wait until the other guests have left the ship.
Passengers with a valid disability certificate can park in designated spaces outside the terminal for a parking fee.
