Daily departures at 14:00 from both Kiel and Oslo.  Arrival time is at 10:00 the next morning. See our timetable here.

Guests without vehicles should arrive no later than 60 minutes before departure. Guests with vehicles should arrive no later than 120 minutes before departure.

We recommend bringing passports to Norway as some places only accept passports as valid ID.

Children under 16 years old can not travel alone. They must be accompanied by a parent, or a legal guardian. If you are travelling on a 2-day cruise the age limit is 20 years old.

If you book Wi-Fi access in advance, you will receive a 10% discount. Click here and choose your route. After entering your travel date, you can select the Wi-Fi package you want ("round trip" means round trip). This service is provided by Telenor Maritime AS and is governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Go to the homepage of colorline.com and click the button “Do you have an offer code?”. In the next step, enter the code you have received.

Some gift cards can only be used once. These include a one-time code, which must also be entered. Gift cards can be used for bookings no earlier than 30 days before departure.

Note: For some gift cards, the journey must be booked at least one day before departure.

Yes you can, please note that on some departures the number of available spaces might be limited.

You are welcome to bring your four legged friend on a one way or a return trip. Pets are not allowed on a 2-day Cruise. Read more about travelling with pets here. 

A public network is available on board both ships.

ou can purchase access via a secure payment site via the “ColorGuest” network. The service is provided by Telenor Maritime (TM). The Telenor Maritime network transmits your call and data traffic over the ship's satellite connection. The network opens when the ship is at sea. If the ship is sailing close to shore, you may be connected to a land-based operator.

Prices:

• 3 hours = 70 NOK
• 12 hours = 120 NOK
• 24 hours = 150 NOK
• 42 hours = 250 NOK

Prices for wireless internet access may vary or change at short notice. Please refer to the prices displayed in the onboard payment portal for current information.

Conference guests
The WiFi network for conference guests “ColorConference” is also available throughout the ship and is included in the price for conference guests. The access code is issued in the conference department.

Cabins
Free access for guests of the Color Class cabins and the Color Suites. Claim your network code at the reception.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the transmission speed on board is limited as internet access is provided via a satellite connection, which is also used by the ship's system.

The following currency is accepted upon payment / purchase on board: EUR and NOK.

Our guests can withdraw EUR and NOK from the ATM. The ATM is located by the entrance to the Casino (deck 6).

Color Magic and Color Fantasy are easily accessible and you can easily get from deck to deck with a lift. All common areas are easily accessible with a wheelchair. Most guests with reduced mobility can e.g. travel unaccompanied. Read more about accessibility on board.

Please deactivate the alarm system in your vehicle if you have parked on the car deck. The loud noise causes stress to animals that are also being transported on the car deck (such as pets remaining in the car, horse transporters, etc.).
